This is saying what ever you do on a daily bases becomes a habbit. So if you do bad things every day you start to get use to it. You need to watch what it is that you are doing and make sure its positve, or what its you wanna do.

To me, I think the quote means what ever you want to do as a character, you could make it happen. In example, if your mind is telling you something then you can do it if you truly happen. Another example is you can do whatever you think about yourself as a character.
